Es geht um das Lebensgefühl, unterwegs zu sein – auf der Strasse, dem Radweg, mit dem Grünsten aller Verkehrsmittel, der eigenen Muskelkraft. Mit Gelassenheit durch den Verkehr zu fahren, mit Gemütlichkeit und dem Motto “Der Weg ist das Ziel”.

Zuerst ein Foto machen, ohne Freigabe der Person ins Internet stellen und sollte die betreffende Person das überhaupt mitbekommen, auf eure Seite gehen und den Vermerk lesen:
“Falls Ihr ein Bild von Euch auf diesem Blog entdeckt mit dem Ihr nicht einverstanden seid, werden wir es selbstverständlich sofort entfernen. Eine E-Mail genügt.”
dann ist es schon hunderte Male im Internet verbreitet (Suchmaschinen, Crawler, ….) und bei euch löschen hat keinen Einfluss mehr.
Ich finde das nicht korrekt, aber die “wenn es wir nicht machen, macht es ein anderer” – Philosophy gibt es leider immer häufiger.
Ja, ja ich weiß, lang lebe die Pressefreiheit – so ein Sche…. !
Jeder hat Rechte und diese gehören auch in der Öffentlichkeit (öffentliche Plätze, Strassen, Internet) geschützt. Auch Google Streetview musste dies einsehen, obwohl diese sogar die Leute und Kennzeichen versucht haben, händisch undeutlich zu machen.
Und NEIN, ich bin nicht altmodisch oder ein alter Depp, ich bin ein Social Media Nerd und zu lange in der Computerbranche tätig, dass ich behaupten kann, dass irgendjemand noch interessiert Sicherheit oder privates Recht!

grundsätzlich hast du Recht. Es ist nicht richtig. Aber Strassenfotogrphie ist nun mal nur echt wenn es ein Moment ist. Bei Leuten am Fahrrad ist das nochmal schwieriger. Ich kann nicht jemand beim vorbeifahren vom Rad reissen.
Wir leben in einer Zeit wo man täglich mehrere Male ungefragt ungewollt abgelichtet wird. Das ist ein Problem, da geb ich dir recht. Wenn eine Klage oder eine Beschwerde kommen würde müssten wir uns dem Problem auch rechtlich stellen.
Trotzdem ist der Hintergedanke des Blogs ein guter, “Werbung für einen Umweltfreundlichen Transport in der Stadt mit hübschen Menschen am Fahrrad” Da hoffe ich doch, das der Wille für’s Werk steht.
Ausserdem, wer sagt mir dass du Mario heisst, das du überhaupt deinen Kommentar selbst geschrieben hast, etc…. die Lücken im Web sind unendlich.
Ich hoffe der Inhalt gefällt dir trotzdem und du kannst unsere Intention verstehen.

ja, das ist der allgemeine Tenor in dieser Gesellschaft. Machen wir mal und sehen was passiert. Ich unterstelle Dir jetzt positiven Absichten und die Gedanken dahinter.
Doch macht es mich sehr nachdenklich und traurig, das motivierte Leute dieses Risiko eingehen müssen, um im Internet (Öffentlichkeit) dies tun zu können.
Die Gesetze, deren Ausführenden und Kontrollierenden Personen sind alle überfordert und keiner will dies wirklich umsetzten. Es gibt leider hunderte von Beispielen, wie Facebook, Google und so weiter. Wenn ein 15jähriger, an den Rollstuhl gefesselt, einen Rap macht mit den Problemen der heutigen Jugend (Text und Ausdruck) und dies ins Netz stellt, und er und seine Familie dann verhaftet wird, stimmt doch etwas überhaupt nicht.
Ich möchte Dir doch danken, dass Du Dich der Frage gestellt hast und wünsche Dir viel Gklück mit dem Blog.

Second: Persönlich mag ich das Statement/Manifest der Dänen lieber: …freedom to wear a helmet.
Nach mehr als 20.000 km Alltags-Stadtradeln (nicht immer chic, leider…) kann ich resümieren: Ich kam etwa alle 7-10 Jahre einmal zu Sturz bzw. wurde zu Sturz gebracht. Und wenigstens 2x wäre das ohne Helm wahrscheinlich böse ausgegangen.
Daher ist mein Motto: Radeln ist schick, wer schick und klug ist (+ auch bleiben will) trägt Helm.
Möge der Trend des schicken Stadtradelns in modischen Alltagsklamotten dank Eures Blogs und der tollen Fotos weiter an Dynamik gewinnen, danke fürs weitermachen!
