A theme isn’t Windows 7. And Windows 7 isn’t Vista. The speed of the thing is well I’m running it on a 1.2Ghz ULV Core 2 with basic Intel gpchrias. And compared to Vista is flies like a bat out of heck.I can no stress this enough if you have Vista upgrade. you will NOT regret it. If you have XP and a laptop at least take a look at it. If you have a desktop and XP *shrugs*
